- Use the website only in accordance with good morals and the rules of the Internet. You may not use the Website in an abusive or illegal way, or in violation of the applicable legislation or license or in any way contrary to the law.

- Provide us with accurate contact details, such as your e-mail, postal address, and other contact details, so that we can contact you to complete your order.

Our company has the right to prevent access to its Website, at any time, at its sole discretion, to delete malicious comments on the internet and on the social media it manages, and to take all necessary protection measures in the case of violations of these Terms of Use.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Greek State. For any dispute that may arise from this Agreement and cannot be settled in any other way, the Courts of Athens are designated as competent.

General terms and conditions

Purchase, invoicing, and payment

You can order any product you wish, by completing the relevant order form, through our online store.

The price of each product will be the one displayed on our website, however, errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of the product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

In case of inability to contact you, your order is automatically canceled, and you are fully refunded the amount you have paid.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. In any such case, the customer is immediately informed by e-mail. Any payments are returned immediately, in the same way that the original payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.

The prices on our website include a VAT at 24%.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. For products purchased through our online store, the price you pay is the price shown on our website when placing your order.

All orders of products depend on their availability. In case it is not possible to place your order, we reserve the right to offer you similar products of equal or superior quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to place such an order, we are obliged to refund you the amount, which you may have paid, in full.

We remind you that it is not allowed to pay in cash for retail goods worth five hundred (500) euros or more.

You can collect your order during working hours of our stores. Unpaid orders that are not received within 3 days, are automatically canceled.

-By direct deposit to our bank account

You can deposit in a bank account and send us the deposit document by e-mail at info@shisha-house.gr.

The shipment will take place when the amount of the order appears in our account.

Purchases of products via credit or debit card—Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover—are made in a secure way through a special service of Alpha Bank.

It is noted that our business does not collect, nor does it store in any way, your card details. The service is “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank, and it uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding information until it reaches its designated recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

In case your credit card is not approved by your bank, our company reserves the right to cancel your order.

Note: In case of money transfer from another bank you are charged with additional charges. For any clarification regarding the methods of payment and shipment of the products, you can contact us by filling out the relevant contact form.

-Through cash on delivery

You can pay the amount of your order by cash on delivery upon receipt of the products at your place. When the employee of the courier company you choose delivers your products to you, you pay the value of your order, as well as the cost of shipping.

The minimum order for cash on delivery is 25 euros.

For shipments outside Greece there is no possibility of payment by cash on delivery.

Our company retains ownership of the goods of your order until full and complete payment of them, including taxes and expenses.

Shipping

The shipping costs are 5.00 euros for anywhere in Greece, and the collection is done via ACS COURIER in 1-3 working days.

Guarantee of Transportation & Confidentiality of Products

The safe transport of all our products is guaranteed by ACS COURIER.

The products are transported directly and in discreet packaging, and reach the final consumer maintaining their original quality.

Delivery / Ownership / Risk

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory but also abroad (with an additional shipping charge). FOR CYPRUS THE DELIVERY TIME IS FROM 7 UP TO 14 DAYS.

For orders, the customer is charged with the shipping costs.

In hard-to-reach areas which vehicles is difficult to access (villages, etc.), the shipping of the order is performed by the courier service, and the products are received from the respective branches of ACS COURIER that exist in all cities of Greece.

If you do not agree on the cost of transportation, you are entitled, within two (2) hours from the time of receipt of the relevant information, to request the modification or cancellation of the order.

The expiration of this deadline will be proof of your agreement and acceptance of the cost of transportation.

For products whose availability is "UPON ORDER" or "LIMITED AVAILABILITY", and provided that they can be ordered by our suppliers, the delivery time is set at approximately 7-14 working days (Monday to Friday).

The place of delivery is indicated in the Registration Confirmation.

Our products will be shipped anywhere in the world but with the absolute responsibility of the recipient in terms of laws and customs abroad.

Our company bears no responsibility in case of non-receipt of your order abroad.

The above shipping deadlines do not apply in case of force majeure (indicatively and not restrictively in the mentioned cases of extreme weather events, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

Our company will inform by phone or email about any delays in your order. Our company bears no responsibility for packages that were lost due to shipment to the wrong address attributed to incorrect entry, by you, of your contact details.

Policy of Changes and Returns

Product changes

In case you have purchased any product from our online store, you reserve the right within fourteen (14) calendar days, to change the product you purchased with another product of equal value.

Changes are accepted if the following conditions are met—cumulatively—:

-You contact us by filling in our relevant contact form and stating your name and the products you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return, and you send the products to our Address immediately within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

-The returned products are accompanied by a photocopy of the payment receipt.

-The products must be in the same condition that you received them without using them or tampering with the packaging. They should also be accompanied by their original packaging intact, with all its components, and the forms it is accompanied with, in excellent condition. In case of return of products that are in a box, the products and the packaging box should be in excellent condition and not have been used or altered (e.g. packaging tapes pasted on the packaging box).

Changes are not made (a) if the product has been used since its opening, (b) if the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered, or if it has been damaged.

Product returns

In case you have purchased any product from our online store, you reserve the right within fourteen (14) calendar days, to return the product you purchased for any reason and request a refund. The above right of withdrawal can be exercised under the following conditions:

-The returned products must be accompanied by a photocopy of the payment receipt.

-The products must be in the same condition that you received them without using them or tampering with the packaging. They should also be accompanied by their original packaging being intact, with all its components and the relative forms in excellent condition. In case of return of products that are in a box, the products and the packaging box should be in excellent condition and should not have been used or altered (e.g. packaging tapes pasted on the packaging box).

Method of refund: The refund is made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, in the same way that the original payment was made.

No amount will be refunded to you if the product has been used after its opening; if the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered; or if it has been damaged.

The cost of return is borne by the customer.

Defective products

As defective are characterized products that have been damaged upon receipt by you (e.g. worn or broken product) and if the damage has not been caused by the incorrect opening of the package.

In the event that a defect is found in the product, this can be replaced by us with the same product. The defective product is repaired accordingly, or replaced and returned to you again at the expense of our business. In case of non-replacement, you have the option to choose another product of equal value, or the purchase value you have paid is returned in cash. In order for a return to be accepted for repair/replacement, the wear must not have come from misuse of the product. If it is found that the damage is due to misuse by the customer, the product is returned in the same condition as we received it, and the shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer.

Returns of defective products shall be accepted if the following conditions are met:

-You should contact us by using the e-mail address  info@shisha-house.gr, stating your name, the products you want to return, and the defect they present, including the relevant photos of the defective product.

-The products must be shipped to our company within 14 working days from receipt, to the following address:

-The acceptance or not of the return will be made after a quality control by our company, and after the condition of the returned product is assessed.

For products that have a manifest manufacturing defect, the cost of return is borne by our store.

Method of refund: The refund is made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, in the same way that the original payment was made.

You can cancel the order within two (2) hours from the time you submitted it to our online store.
